IMACON Consulting Group is a community of experienced experts and consultants working in the field of organizational development and capacity building, project and program planning, monitoring and evaluation.
IMACON Consulting Group was established by co-partners Sergei Gotin and Ulad Vialichka in 2010 on the basis of previous experience of independent experts and consultants with the goal to coordinate their work, raise qualification and participate in bigger projects and assignments in EU, Eastern Europe, Southern Caucasus and Central Asia.
Nowadays IMACON community includes about 15 experts and consultants specialized in different thematic fields and methodologies. IMACON experts have combined experience of both western methodologies and cases of their usage and adjustment to local context of countries in transition, also has its own methodological tools in the field of organizational development and project design, monitoring and evaluation.
